          Please note that all white color (Ivory) products are non-returnable.    

This policy is in place due to the delicate nature of white fabric, which requires the utmost care to maintain its pristine condition. By making white products non-returnable, we aim to guarantee that every item you receive is in perfect, unused condition.

We recommend double-checking your order details and ensuring that you select the correct size, style, and quantity before finalizing your purchase.

An unboxing video is mandatory to claim shortage or damage in transit.

Eligibility for Returns

  1. Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 3-5 days of the delivery date. Products returned after this period will not be accepted.

  2. Condition: The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging, including all tags and labels. Products that show signs of use, wear, or damage may not qualify for a return.

    2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with instructions on how to return the product.

    3. Shipping Costs:

      • If the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
      • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
    4. Processing Time: Returns are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned product. Once processed, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

    • Partial Refunds: If the returned item shows signs of use, damage, or is missing parts, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

    Exchanges

    We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original item and place a new order.
